We are looking for a Branch Manager for the Omaha/Elkhorn, Nebraska. This is a newer branch location. This person will need to take full ownership of the branch, focusing on operations, leadership, and business development. They will manage two personal bankers, no tellers, as the branch uses ITMs. The manager will be responsible for coaching staff, opening accounts, prospecting loans and deposits, customer service, and auditing the branch. They need to be active in the community, generating leads and networking. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in financial services and a strong desire to grow their career while building lasting client relationships.
