Our client is a community bank group looking to hire a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, ideally someone currently living in the Twin Cities Metro area. This person will be supporting credit work for three Senior Commercial Lenders with traditional C%26I loans of $500k – $5 million and commercial real estate loans of $2 – $8 million. The position reports directly to the Chief Lending Officer of the bank, so if you are looking for a bank with quicker turnaround on loan decisions, fewer surprises at the loan committee, this could be the bank for you.
