Our client is a community bank group looking to hire a Senior Commercial Loan Officer with a minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience, ideally someone currently living in the Twin Cities Metro area. This person will be doing heavy new business with traditional C%26I loans of $500k – $5 million and commercial real estate loans of $2 – $8 million and must be capable of bringing in at least $6 million in new loans in the first year. The position reports directly to the Chief Lending Officer of the bank, so if you are looking for a bank with quicker turnaround on loan decisions, fewer surprises at the loan committee, this could be the bank for you.
