We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lender to join a well-established community bank with over $1 Billion in assets. In this role, the Commercial Lender will work in conjunction with another loan officer in managing a portion of an existing $40 million portfolio, while focusing primarily on generating new commercial relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong drive for business development, with a proven ability to build and grow a quality loan portfolio in the C %26 I, commercial real estate, and small business sectors. This position offers full support through credit analysis and loan administration resources, allowing the lender to focus on relationship management and new client acquisition. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to prospect, structure, and close loans while maintaining a high standard of credit quality.
