We’re partnering with a growing, employee-focused financial institution on a confidential search for a Director of BSA/AML. This newly created role offers the chance to build and lead a bank-wide compliance program with a strong emphasis on BSA/AML, OFAC, and fraud prevention. Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of hands-on experience, hold certifications such as CAMS or CRCM, and have a track record of managing or mentoring teams.
