Our client is a fast-growing regional bank based in Northwest Arizona with a clean, healthy loan portfolio. They are seeking a Commercial / Commercial Real Estate Lender with 5+ years of experience, strong credit skills, and a proven ability to build new business. You’ll start with an existing personal portfolio of $30-50 million and leverage a strong referral network to grow from there. The bank primarily focuses on Commercial Real Estate lending, with some C%26I and construction loans in their portfolio. Credit sizes range from $500,000 to some of the largest regional credits across AZ, NV, CO, and UT. You’ll be supported by a dedicated underwriter and loan processor, allowing for fast turnaround times and faster portfolio growth – and giving you the opportunity to take full advantage of the bank?s extremely lucrative, uncapped incentive plan.
