A community bank in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. This individual should bring at least five years of commercial lending experience, with a background in C%26I, CRE, small business, and SBA would be a plus. The bank services a range of credit sizes, though the average falls between $1 and $3 million, with the opportunity to work on both larger and smaller credits. This individual will inherit a portfolio of approx.$50 million and will be responsible for managing and growing it through both loan and deposit generation. Seeking 5% to 10% growth annually. As part of a community bank, this role involves hands-on participation in credit analysis and the loan presentation process.
