Our client, a privately held community bank with $100+ million in assets, is seeking a Branch Manager with strong leadership and bank operations skills to lead their Hallock, Minnesota branch. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving deposit growth and overseeing daily branch operations. The successful candidate will be a community-focused leader, skilled in building strong business relationships and mentoring team members. Ideal qualifications include 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, an ability to learn to do some lending, when necessary (especially ag, consumer, and mortgage), and the leadership skills necessary to foster growth and operational excellence.
