A well-respected $400 million credit union with six locations is looking for a Credit Solutions Representative to join its team in Lincoln, Nebraska. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for contacting members who are late on their consumer loan payments, which may include auto loans, boats, RV’s, motorcycles as well as unsecured consumer loans. The goal is to help members bring their accounts current, set up payment plans, or when necessary, rework loans. This position may also involve handling repossessions when accounts remain unresolved. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of banking experience, with a preference for those who have worked in collections or as a junior loan officer making collection calls. This role is fully on-site and part of a team of four. Overtime opportunities are available, and participation in a Saturday rotation is required.
