Our client is a privately held several hundred-million-dollar community bank near the Marshall, Minnesota area to fill the role of Senior Vice-President / Ag Loan Officer in a $35 million branch location. The successful candidate will have at least five years of ag lending experience and be capable of taking over a $20 million portfolio of ag loans while developing $1 – $2 million in new loans per year and managing others in the branch.
