We are working with a community bank located in West Central Minnesota that needs an experienced Ag or Commercial Loan Officer with at least 3+ years’ experience who could take over an existing $20 – $30 million portfolio of loans. The typical ag loans are row crops, ag lines, term loans, and real estate loans of $250,000 up to $5 million in size. This person must be both customer and community oriented. This person would be one of several lenders reporting directly to the Branch Manager. This is a very fast-growing, highly capitalized, profitable, and clean bank that has been family-owned for over 65 years!
