Our client is a 600 million-dollar community bank group and they are actively looking to hire a Chief Lending Officer. This person will be a producing sales manager – overseeing the entire 300 million dollar loan department and managing a personal portfolio of accounts. You will handle commercial, commercial real estate, and agricultural loans. The ideal candidates should possess 20-25 years of banking experience with 3-5 years of management experience and need to be approved by the regulators as they are currently under an enforcement action.
