The position of Compliance/CRA Officer offers an excellent opportunity to join a respected financial institution with a strong commitment to regulatory excellence. Based in Central to Eastern Kansas, this role is essential to ensuring the bank’s compliance with applicable banking laws and its Community Reinvestment Act (CRE) responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in Compliance and CRA Management. In this role, you will serve as the bank’s Compliance Officer, meeting with examiners and third-party auditors, maintaining the bank’s compliance program, and offering insights on regulatory concerns that impact products, services, and operations. As the bank’s CRA Officer, you will manage the CRA files and documentation. Additional responsibilities include assisting the chair of the Compliance Oversight Committee serving on the Information Security Management Committee. The bank is open and has space in a few of their branches for this individual to work out of.
