Our client is a 175 million-dollar community bank. They are seeking to fill the position of an Agricultural Loan Officer with 5 plus years of lending experience. This individual will spend their time prospecting and managing mainly ag-related loans but also handle commercial loans. The current portfolio at the branch is $25 million. The individual that carries that portfolio will retire in 3 to 4 years. This person will take over the branch portfolio and SRLO Branch Manager title. They will work side-by-side with the existing loan officer while also, growing their portfolio. This is a great opportunity to mentor under a well-respected loan officer with a stable growing location. The career progression will be to manage this location. This branch is part of a system with 4 branches. They can also participate in larger loans with a sister bank.
