Our client is seeking a Human Resource Officer who could come in at either a Specialist or VP Level. The career progression would be to move into a Director of Human Resource position. The ideal candidate will come out of a financial institution. They will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resource Department. They will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, telephone screening, using LinkedIn, etc to find quality candidates, onboarding, 90-day check in with new and existing employees, salary surveys, and working with the Executive Team.
