Our client is a community bank holding company that is seeking to hire someone in their Ag Lending Department. This individual could be a recent college graduate that could come in and be trained to be an Ag Loan Officer or someone with Ag Lending experience. There is a $28 million lending portfolio at this branch and for those with experience they can inherit $10 million of that portfolio. The portfolio would be 90% agricultural related.
