Due to continued growth, we are seeking candidates with 15+ years of experience working with financial institutions with over $2 billion in assets. This individual will own and grow the credit department! They will be responsible for overseeing the credit approval process, as well as portfolio monitoring systems for all current and future credit products. Ensuring that credit policies are routinely reviewed, modified as necessary, and well-communicated throughout the organization. Knowledge of mortgage operations and overall industry experience would be a huge plus. The position will be onsite.
