Our client is a privately held, family friendly community bank located north of Ames, Iowa. They are seeking a Lender who is capable of managing a portfolio of Ag and a few Commercial clients. This person will supervise a staff of 3 and will be the lender for this $14 million loan portfolio. The successful candidate will possess strong relationship building and leadership skills with three plus years of lending experience.
