Our client is a community bank that is seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer for their location east of Fort Morgan, Colorado. This individual can be a recent college graduate with an ag background or a seasoned loan officer. Dependent on experience they could inherit a portfolio up to $20 million. This portfolio is a strong clean portfolio. It contains 90% ag loans and some small commercial. They do cow/calf, feeder, cattle, dryland, and irrigated crops. Typical credits are $250,000 to $1.25 million. The career path is to become Branch President.
