Our client is a strong community bank that is seeking to add a Commercial Loan Officer due to growth of their loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will need to have 2 plus years of lending experience but they would look at seasoned loan officers. The location has a loan portfolio of $160 million with three loan officers. This individual will receive part of that portfolio dependent on experience. The loans are a strong mix of C%26I, as well as Commercial Real Estate loans. They are a community bank and do small loans for their borrowers as well as multi million dollar loans. This is a positive growth oriented branch.
