CMKS68403 – Commercial Loan Officer – North of Hays, KS
Our client is a community bank that is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer. This position is due to a retirement coming up at the end of 2024. The bank is predominately ag-oriented but they do have $30 million in commercial loans, which are mainly small C %26 I credits. The bulk of those loans are from $50,000 to $250,000. They do have a legal lending limit of $6 million. This individual will be able to inherit a portfolio coming into the bank. The ideal candidate will be able to continue to grow this portfolio in rural Kansas and have a strong knowledge of credit. The bank would like to see this person come in as a Commercial Loan Officer and then roll into the Chief Credit Officer role in 1 to 3 years.
