We are working with a community bank located in West Central Minnesota that is in need of an experienced Ag / Commercial Lender with strong enough leadership experience to be a working manager of a large portfolio of loans. The typical ag loans are row crops, ag lines, term loans and real estate loans of $250,000 up to $5 million in size. It is important that this person be both customer and community oriented. This person, if qualified, could be part of the senior leadership of the entire bank. This is a very fast growing, highly capitalized, profitable and clean bank. Some other strengths of this bank group are that they offer a work environment that provides lots of autonomy, and no micromanagement.
