Our client is a Regional Bank Holding Company that is seeking an SBA New Business Development Officer for the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This individual will work from their home and source deals in the state of North Carolina. They will be doing 100% new business development of SBA loans. Although they will be required to get quite a bit of information from the customer to start the loan process, they have Credit Analysts and an SBA Closer that will assist with the process. They are looking at mainly 7a loans and can buy Brokered loans. Our client does a lot of B paper. The bank is open to looking at very seasoned SBA New Business Development Officers who have an established portfolio and pipeline in the area, and producing at least $12 million a year in new loan production.
