Our client is a community bank group located in Southern Indiana and they are actively looking to hire a new Controller. The bank is a very solid performing community bank group and is expanding in Southern Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the CFO in the preparation of the annual budget. Assumes responsibility for the Bank’s general ledger system and related activities. You will also help the CFO in developing and maintaining budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, accounting, and reporting policies for compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2 to 5 years of related experience required. An advanced degree in accounting and/or CPA certification is preferred.
