Our client is a Community Bank Holding company that is seeking a Senior Loan Officer for their branch in Northeast Nebraska. This individual will work in a branch that has $45 million in loans. The loan portfolio is predominately agricultural loans that are mainly rowcrop, small business banking and consumer. They will inherit a strong portfolio. The bank has one junior loan officer. This individual will need to help train and mentor that individual. They would like to find someone that has the capacity of being the Market President. This person will need to understand ag lending, customer service, management of a branch, trainer / coach and community involvement.
