The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a CFO, preferably within a community bank with $250 million or more in assets. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll be directly responsible for call reports, board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing general ledger accounts. You’ll also play a key role in the bank’s Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and work closely with senior management to enhance the bank’s overall efficiency.
