The portfolio is 40% agricultural loans, 40% 1 to 4 family and 20% Commercial. The portfolio is mainly organic and local. The community has a diverse group of employers that keep the economy strong. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of lending, credit, and leadership within a bank setting.
