Our client is a Community Bank that is seeking a Credit Underwriter / Portfolio Manager for their location in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This individual will look at Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Credits that typically range from $1 to $3 million. They will work the credit from application process, spreading the credit and writing up the credit presentation. They will need to have a strong knowledge of Excel and the bank is in the process of converting to Sageworks. The individual will need to have 3 plus years of Commercial Credit Experience. They can come in under the title of Credit Underwriter and for those with more experience would be a Portfolio Manager.
