Our client is a fast growing financial institution that is approaching the 1 billion dollar mark. They are actively searching for a Chief Financial Officer. This individual is responsible for directing, coordinating, maintaining, and controlling an accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the bank. Monitors department policies and procedures and recommends improvements. Functions as a member of the Senior Management Team and ALM Committee, participates in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives of the Credit Union, and serves as a resource in all aspects of accounting. Oversees budgeting, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset and liability management, capital expenditures, and the investment of banks assets. Ensures the accurate internal and external recording and reporting of financial transactions to state and federal regulatory agencies. Assigns, directs, and appraises Accounting and Security & Logistics staff. You will work very closely with the President / CEO. They would like to see a minimum of 10 – 15 years of accounting experience. They are very open to helping pay for relocation (pack and ship).
