We are working with a growing financial institution in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Director of Sales Enablement. This position requires a forward-thinking leader to spearhead the deposit and consumer lending sales strategies. This pivotal role will focus on implementing sales-driven initiatives across the bank’s network of retail branches. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in fostering a sales culture, networking at the community level, and embodying a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in leading sales strategy in retail banking, or related fields. A bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or an additional 5 years of relevant leadership experience is required. Master’s degree is a plus.
