We are working with a growing financial institution in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Director of Business Development. This position requires a seasoned leader to drive its business advancement strategies and community engagement initiatives. The Director of Business Development will lead a dynamic team to enhance our firm’s strategic positioning, develop growth-focused campaigns, and expand our company’s market reach and revenue. This role requires a strategic mindset, with a strong understanding of return on investment, to ensure our endeavors align with the bank’s core values and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have current or previous experience in mid-sized firms, preferably in the financial sector, strong analytical skills to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns and a proven track record in leading teams and fostering a collaborative environment. A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field, or an additional 5 years of experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
