Our client is a 5 billion dollar bank holding company that is seeking a SVP / Senior Compliance Officer for their Kansas office. This position is considered a Senior position in the RISK / Compliance program. They will oversee the bank’s Compliance Program and Controls. They will develop the annual Compliance work plan. This person will be responsible for Monitoring and Testing activities. Primary responsibilities will include oversight of the Compliance Department, the bank’s CRA program, the Fair and Responsible Banking Program, and leading the Compliance Committee. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of regulatory compliance (especially CRA, HMDA & Fair Lending), risk, audit, and 3+ years of Compliance Leadership, people management. CRCM is preferred.
