The bank has $200 million in loans. This individual will be responsible for the growth of the portfolio. They will have 8+ loan officers that will report to them as well as a Loan Specialist and a Insurance Manager. They loan portfolio is made up of Commercial, Ag and Mortgage loans. This bank prides itself on Customer Service. They are seeking someone that can mentor, help drive the growth and credit quality of the portfolio. This individual will also carry a portfolio.
