Due to an upcoming retirement, we have been retained by a privately held bank near Weatherford, Oklahoma to fill the role of President. The successful candidate will have 20+ years of community banking experience and appreciate a more conservative supporting culture. Strong credit skills, understanding of Ag lending and the ability to manage the bank is desired. This position will have close to 12 direct reports that include: Compliance, CFO, Operations, IT and Lending. Our client is supportive, family focused and committed to the community.
