Multi-billion dollar bank holding company looking for SBA Business Development Officers in the Texas market to prospect SBA loans. The focus will be 7a but 504, USDA, and conventional commercial are available too. They handle underwriting / processing / closing all in house to get deals done quickly. There is a tiered progressive incentive structure which is uncapped. Although they have underwriters on staff it is important that a candidate have a solid knowledge of credit to know which deals to bring in. This is a remote position and the bank is comfortable with deals prospected nationwide. If you have a strong local or multi-state footprint this opportunity will work for you.
