This individual can have 5 to 20 plus years of commercial lending experience. They will inherit a portfolio of $15 to $20 million out of a 90 million dollar location. The majority of the loans in this branch location are C & I and Commercial Real Estate. This individual needs to have the ability to build business and understand commercial credit.
