Our client is a community bank that is seeking a Chief Lending Officer for their bank in the Alamosa, Colorado area. This individual will be responsible to generate new business individually and through their team. They will have a team of 7 that will report to them. They are 3 Mortgage Loan Officers, 2 processors, 1 Servicing Manager, and 1 Ag / Commercial Loan Officer. This individual must be able to manage the lending process from application to closing, loan servicing to payoff. The ideal person will have 10 plus years of lending management and be skilled in Commercial Lending. Formal credit training is strongly preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
