We have an exciting new opportunity with a financial institution that is expanding and in the Northeast part of Indiana and is actively looking for an AVP / Digital and Payments Operations Officer. Our client is a fast growing, healthy financial institution that just expanded into 3 new markets in Indiana. This position provides effective coaching & development to identify both areas of strengths and weaknesses in team & individual performance. Maintains core knowledge of card management, deposit processes and lending processes. Utilizes knowledge of the Card Vendor Management system to ensure customers has the best solution or resolution to the issues presented. Enforces prescribed security controls to protect the bank against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure. The ideal candidate should have a college degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and experience and 5 years of management experience in credit, compliance, operations and/or lending.
