We are working with a family friendly community bank in south central Iowa that is in the market for a “Cashier / Operations Officer” with five plus years of experience. Because this is a community bank there are various responsibilities for this role that may include: the accounting functions and payroll, oversight of Fiserv core processing systems, focus on operation efficiencies, manage vendor relationships, serve as BSA officer and participate on various committees. We are seeking a leader who will work closely with the President and manage a team consisting of Branch Managers, Operations, IT Security Officer, and tellers.
