Our client is a community bank group looking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience preferably living and working within a 60-mile radius of St. Cloud, Minnesota, or at least having connections to the area. This person will be doing heavy new business with traditional C&I and some CRE loans of $500k – $4 million with a $15 million lending limit or higher and must be capable of bringing in at least $5 – $8 million in new loans the first year. The position reports directly to the President of the bank so if you are looking for a bank with the opportunity for advancement to a leadership role in the future, this could be the bank for you.
