Due to an upcoming retirement, we have been retained by a community bank that is under $400 million in assets and looking to fill the role of President. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of banking experience and 5+ years in a management. As President you will be involved in all areas of the bank and participate in various committees that include: ALCO, Audit, Compliance, and Loan committee. A small portfolio may be inherited consisting of mostly Ag accounts, but the primary focus will be in leadership and running the bank.
