Our client is a 5 Billion dollar bank holding company that is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager. This individual will work with 3 other lenders and a Department Manager that currently manage a $450 million portfolio. This portfolio is targeted towards Hospitality (hotels, motels, restaurants) and Franchise loans. There will be some travel involved due to type of loan. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of commercial lending and preferably experience with hospitality lending. They will pick up a portfolio when they start and continue to grow the portfolio. This department has very seasoned individuals to someone that has just moved into new business development. Strong cohesive team that needs to add another member.
