Our client is a fast growing, healthy regional bank group in Northeast Indiana looking to hire a Chief Investment Officer. The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) oversees the investment activities of Wealth Management including all portfolio management and research activities. This role leads a team of investment professionals in building sound investment processes, setting strategic and tactical asset allocation targets. This role also manages any proprietary investment strategies, developing & managing our model portfolios, and producing manager / product research. This role sets and communicates our investment views and strategy. In addition, the CIO serves as a senior member of the Wealth Management leadership team. Other responsibilities include: Develops and implements investment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Chairs monthly investment strategy meetings, WM Due Diligence, and WM Investment Committee Meetings. The bank offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office 2 days at home). This person will report to the EVP Of Trust / Wealth. They offer a very competitive salary and benefits. They highly prefer a candidate with their CFA or willing to get it. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in investment management with 1-2 years of management experience.
