Our client is a $200 million plus Community Bank located on the south side of Minneapolis, Minnesota that is seeking a Compliance Officer. This individual will coordinate and oversee all audits and exams regarding oversight for compliance and BSA policies for the bank. This person will complete and maintain a risk assessment identifying the bank’s money laundering, BSA, OFAC, Money Service, ATM and Cannabis risk. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of banking experience advanced skills in core processing solutions (ideally Fiserv ITI), Fiserv FCRM Program, as well as have CRCM and CCBCO certifications. This bank would like to grow to be $500 million by the year 2025 by both acquisition and organic growth.
