Our client is a well-respected and growing $600 million plus community bank with locations in and around the Quad Cities area. The Chief Operating Officer is a senior member of management that reports directly to the CEO. This position oversees and manages Operations, Retail, Facilities and Security. This position also works closely with the Human Resources and IT departments. They are responsible for the development and implementation of many areas within the Strategic Plan. They will develop policies and procedures and oversee management of personnel in the following areas: operations, IT, debit card / credit card operations, facilities management, fraud and retail branches. They will serve as a member of the following committees: technology, facilities, ALCO, product development, and retirement plan. This bank uses Fiserv as their operating system. They will be the Chairman of the Product Development Committee and act as the Security Officer. The ideal candidate would operate as a second-in-charge and could be in line, within the next 10 years, to be the CEO.
