Our client is preparing for a upcoming retirement and are in need of a proven Ag and Commercial Loan Officer with 10+ years of experience. They will need to have excellent credit and lending experience, but also the ability to lead and continue to inspire the team to grow. This person will be inheriting a portfolio and be managing 3 – 6 people. They will oversee the loan and deposit growth and have the autonomy to build the bank to the communities needs.
