Our client is a Texas based bank looking to strengthen their Audit department. This person will run risk-based internal audits. They will be responsible for identifying any control weaknesses as well as assist in maintaining the annual audit plan. Communication skills are paramount since this individual will work with the bank’s other staff to get them on board with policies and procedures.
