Our client is a small financial institution in the Indianapolis, Indiana market area that is currently searching for a new CEO due to an upcoming retirement. Our client is looking for a very strong leader with a keen sense of strategy, innovation with a proven track record of success with a focus on results. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for planning and directing all the financial institution activities, short-term and long range objectives in accordance with the board. The board is looking for a visionary leader who will take this financial institution into the future. You will be leading, guiding and coaching the staff. You will be responsible for directing all the operations and continually improving service quality and operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with the Board Of Directors to ensure the financial institution continues to remain financially sound. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of financial service experience in a senior level position or CEO role and a 4 year college degree is highly preferred.
