Our client is a Regional bank holding company that is seeking a Fair Lending Compliance Officer. This individual needs to be well versed in Fair lending and CRA practices. They will be the individual for this institution that will manage the function of Fair Lending practices. They will need to understand UDAP, HMDA, Fair lending reviews, pricing, marketing and complaints. The ideal candidate will also need to have experience with CRA and maintaining the documentation on lending programs, investments into the community etc. and be the point of contact for the regulators. Five years of experience in Fair Lending, CRA or related experience is preferred and managerial experience would be a plus.
