Our client is seeking a Market President for their site in Omaha, Nebraska. This individual will in a full service branch. This is a growing branch of which they will be the Market President and Commercial Loan Officer. They will inherit a 40 million dollar portfolio that is all CRE and C & I loans. Typical loans will be in the $1 to $8 million range but can do larger and smaller loans. As they get their arms around their portfolio and start to build their business, they will be having this person hire an additional loan officer. The Market President will be the face to the community. They will need to be involved in the community to help build business. Seeking a strong business developer.
